Proper body position in cycling is as important as the pedaling technique itself. Too many people disregard this or simply do not know what the proper position is. Dr. Romanov demonstrates the basic parameters of proper body positioning on the bike.

  • for me correct body position is major concerning, to overcome painful...i like this video

  • Then the body position is not the issue, the bike needs to be the correct specifications otherwise body position will be incorrect. When the athlete performs cycling in excess of 90 minutes or 3 hours a week it will cause minor to major physiological damage that will either manifest within a few weeks or few months. Eitherway, as my friend Romanov indicates, body position is the primary concern on a bike.

  • @kcairforce2 the frame is just a tad bit too large plus hes pretty short from waist up XD
