A great rendition - what in French would be called "une grande reference" of a great jazz (not R&B) standard. Really puts Phil up there as a very good jazz singer . Quincy's orchestration's a thing of beauty but that's not him conducting, is it ?
If you want a great female version of this song, try Ella's (slow) or Karrin Allyson's (fast, almost uptempo).

This just shows the Genius of Quincy Jones. To take the gifts of someone extraordinary like Phil Collins and put him in a completely different genre like an old R&B standard and have him sound incredible. Im not taking anything away from Phil. I love his voice and already by himself, Phil Collins Has got Soul!
