lol. My kitty always lies down on the floor with me during my pilates practice. If she is in another part of the house, she will come out and plop next to me. Your Milo is the sweetest!! Enjoy this exercise too, of course. It's tough!! I am complete agreement about gyms...yeah, they have their place I suppose but too expensive and not an eco-responsible way to workout anyway. Thanks for you creative approach to working out!
