@mkasprzyk5 I i'm not making a stick figure, then do i need to put a symbol for every thing, and if i'm using a pen can i just draw the stick figure and go on from there?

@superyoshiblast I'm not sure about understanding what You mean, but as I think You are asking about need of converting every part to a symbol.

If You will not do it manually, after creating a movie tween this will happen automatically.

In most cases (as I know) it isn't the best option. Also if You want to use automatic way, all of the parts should be on different layers. Otherwise Flash will create one, big symbol and it will not have any sense.
