My god that does look a lot like matt smith but i can see 1 difference straight off
- the drummers chin is normal whilst Matt's is slightly bigger
i've even checed this by comparing that guy by stopping the tape and finding a picture of Matt Smith

Anyone with eyes can see that is not Matt Smith. It doesnt even look like him.

It's funny, because in the last two weeks, I've seen probably around six pictures/videos from "times long ago" that looks like various actors who have played the Doctor. There's this one on tumblr that looks freakishly like Matt Smith.
