as I understand, the form was created by Grandmaster Ip Ching as a Wushu Form for competition....he was asked to present something to be entered for something with Wu Shu if it made it to the Olympics or something like so that every major branch of Kung Fu could be represented....this form is a culmination or "synthesis" of all the forms including the jong and the knives

does competitive form mean its been made up for show?
it seams to be useing proper moves but is misleading to the public that theres a 4th form.. or was there?
its funny th differant storys like willy got taught th special foot work that why he the GM
but in kung fu movies they teach people rong for a joke
