Michael's Git Tutorial Ep4

Finally! Episode 4 of my git tutorial.

In this video we setup a remote repository on github.com
We then compare the differences between doing a fetch/rebase and a pull.

Sorry if some of what is covered in this video was also covered in episode 3, it's been a year, so I'm a little rusty on what was covered. Also, some duplication was necessary due to the use of github.

last case worked becuase you did not commit and push Dev2 terminal. If you committed that, probably will report the failure :)
