My rear fan performance sucks, his performance is about 200 ~ 600rpm, and his features says that should be [AP181 fan = 700/1200rpm at Silverstone website].
System:
Silverstone Raven RV03
i7 2600k + Scyte Ninja III
Asus Sabertooth P67 B3
Ati 6950CF
Corsair Vengance DDR3 4x2 8Gb
Corsair TX850

When my fan is set to low it turns off and when it is set to high it is actually on low. Any body else got this?

@SmallxTaylor The problem is at the switch.

The switch for your rear fan is broken - it happens. Call Silverstone and have them send you a new one (or get one yourself) and pop it in. Will probably take less time than making the video :)

@TheHireTheBetter That's what i did.
They had to send me two fan. But the problem now fixed, and the temperature is just perfect.
