You can take the triangle bar from a seated row and place it on top of a pull up bar for a pull up which focuses more on the arms and forearms.

Be careful not to drop the triangle bar on your head when you finish your set.

Pull your head to one side and then the other to make sure you do not crack your skull on the pull up bar.

These can be used as lats or arms only exercise.

If you have a spotter have them first spot your by pushing up on your upper back then switch to your legs which will allow you to assist yourself with your quadriceps muscles.
