Pastor Jim Dunn in Costa Rica

Pastor Jim Dunn from First Baptist of Stockton, CA has been coming to Costa Rica for over 10 years to help in the building of churches and basketball courts. This past year, 2009, he came with fiends from First Baptist of Ukiah, CA to help build a community kitchen in the rural south, 7 hours away from the capital. The group of 20 did a fantastic job. The work was organized by Lillian Solt, missionary under the Latin America Mission, working with CEDCAS, a non profit organization dedicated to giving "whole person health care" through their community health prevention programs and a medical and dental clinic.
