Red Ribbon Week Flash Freeze Mob!!! Part 1!!!

On October 6th 2009, the city of Carson, with it's youth, rallied outside of city hall and the 4 corners of Carson and Avalon Blvd to deliver a statement, against drugs and alcohol in the city of Carson.
Together, the youth all came together and held their positions for 5 minutes 2 consecutive times, holding drug awareness signs and making people honk in the process.
This was for Red Ribbon Week 09, which launched this year on the 6th of October.
