Meat isn't necessary for survival? Perhaps for people like yourself, but certainly not for the communities who've been living in remote parts of the world. Mongol diets for example rely almost exclusively on animal meat and milk for energy reserves necessary for survival in the cold.

I have been a vegetarian longer than you have probably been on this earth, over 30 years. If your going to eat meat, buy humanely raised meat. Meat is NOT necessary for survival in humans!

Cows milk is for baby cows...period. Humans are the ONLY species that drinks another species milk and the ONLY species that continues to drink milk past the age of being weaned.
