what do you have for a torque converter? it sounds like it's hitting the stall speed at too low of rpm

It a SunCoast Triple Disc, but I dont know what the Stahl speed is. I auctualy think its too low, but it does OK for now. I got the crazy lope taken care of, no it does it when it cold starts until it gets a little bit of heat in it, then its fine!
