In reading other responses to the video, I see there are some who chose to remain ignorant to the message it holds- peace, sharing the good of peace with ur fellow man to change the world for the good, not leave the worse for ur being in it the world

looking inward only causes conceit. it's when we look outside of ourselves and see others needs, and then act to ease that burden, can we know inner peace.

I completely agree that you can rediscover yourself through incorporating silence into your day. People use speech to drown out so many things so they don't have to understand them or deal with them. Silence opens you up to yourself and to those around you. Listening is a monumental gift in discovering life :)
