  • I assume u've gone thru the instructions on stronglifts already, so I'll just give the minor adjustments. Try to straighten your back more, arch a little bit if needed especially when lowering the bar down. During the eccentric part of the move, try to bend the knees as well, not just the hips, the concentric part and the eccentric part should look the same

  • From the video, you'll notice that your butt is lower during the start of the lift than when you lowered the bar down. Here's a good tip that I heard a while ago; instead of imagining that you're picking the bar up, imagine that you're actually pushing your legs into the ground during the start of the lift. Good luck!
