Botswana is nice because of the lack of colonialism.....everything should be built from the ground up, not forced.......

Look at the native Americans, aboriginals. China is a shining example(opium wars, imperialism.etc)......

Farmers are everywhere in their majority, which feeds the cities with all these commodities;of a raw materials or primary agricultural product that can be bought and sold, such as copper or coffee.

@davies93313 ? Listen 2 me, Africans don`t just sit around waiting for Aid than you must be mistaken or rather misinform. We work hard for our livelihoods but some the drought especially in land lock countries like Niger or the horn of African Somalia really effects our progress. West Africa is tropical so there can never be hunger unless it is coursed by war. I dont believe in the percentages from white forks. Read our African Union, SADC States, ECOWAS,NEPAD and EAC for true facts our prgs.

I have been waiting for somebody to make a video on the hypocrisy of the western aids to Africa. I hear so many noises about how zillions of Dollars are being poured into the irredeemable Africa whereas from my little knowledge what actually reaches Africa is not up to 1% while the same Africa is extremely exploited.Israel alone gets much more than the whole of Africa in aids I think.stephahahan please research and make a video on this so that Africans will know what really happens.

Island of Developement syndrome at it's finest. Just about every African country had one or two cities left over from Colonialism that they build up while the rest of the country is in destitution. The African cities are fine enough places to live, you simply ignore the massive slums knocking at their doors and the majority of the country in the rural areas living in grass huts.
