Great tips, thank you! Questions please: Do you need to go for the last rep & drop the weight on the floor? My gym wouldn't like me dropping the weights. Doesn't controlling the weight on the way down build more strength anyway? I figure if I can't lift and lower the weight with control I shouldn't lift it up. I look at lifting as more functional, so if I am lifting an important object, it doesn't make sense to drop it on the ground. But I can see that it may help with adding extra power.
i got one for an easier / better deadlift... most people focus on arching their backs so not to hurt themselves which is what i do but if you have trouble doing this then try and stick your butt out as you lift and you will find your back arches itself and you can focus on the lift :) hope this helps someone
That was great, I'm like 195 cm tall, I love deadlift but my Technic is very bad when i'm lifting over 80% and actually one of my biggest problems is leaving the ground, my hips ALWAYS goes first which makes my back crumple. Thank you so much
nice tips cheers!
P.S. Bitter Piece blasting in the background, love it
