I'm a proud Viet. :) And I love Trish. I remember I was really young and I barely knew who she was when she came to my city and my family and I went to the Viet concert. My mom said she was popular in my age group and told me to ask her to sign a CD for me. But I was about 5 so I was still really shy and scared of everything. I missed my chance long ago... I won't let it happen again. If only she would come again and she would sing Ice Queen. haha, my fave. I love Trish. :)

@LeeJinkiSaranghae Preach. People tend to forget that almost all pop songs from our generation are derived/copied from EVERYWHERE, including KPop which tends to bend towards American music etc. I'm actually not a fan of Trish or these pop songs but I adore the older generations such as Thanh Tuyen etc. THEY truly define our culture and like you, I'm freakin' proud of Vietnam =D

Many people talk trash about Viets being corny with their music, their MVs are jokes because their so low-budget and copy-cats of popular music like k-pop or whatever but I honestly am proud to say I'm 100 percent vietnamese. As much as I listen to korean and chinese music, I will always feel proud being who I am. I love being viet and I like these type of songs, I use to be SOOOO obsessed with Trish, I met her as a child and literally freaked out when she autographed my stuff. Viet Pride<3!
