Too lazy to swing an axe, but motivated enough to build this contraption?
-
@TheMonsterPatrol We used to bonemeal and cut the same tree over and over for wood. We grew frustrated with this method and decided to build lumberbot. Innefficient but way more fun.

HO MY GOD !!!

@Jemulov I have never heard somebody complain about the ignorance of another for not turning of the view bob feature in Minecraft. It's like saying you watched Johann Schmidt perform and then criticized his choice of white shoes after Labor Day.

I got a question, why do u put furnaces near the piston?I see some piston stuff that have furnaces near the pistons.
khazagard 3 days ago
@khazagard The furnaces are there to keep other pistons from pushing the feeder assembly apart. Pistons can't move furnaces and furnaces are cheap to build.
Download Lumberbot (in description) and remove a furnace, then watch what happens.

the sand mechanism is kind of silly, why not move the sand up by pistons? even i managed to recreate this design: (youtube) NXPCAyUmv_w and my version is even higher, and if needed can be chained up endlessly, creating a loop no problem...

@GunnarAztek Time and effort were in short supply.

Now we just need a redstone activated block, like a despenser that can place blocks, so it will replant the saplings :P

@d3fish3r3 That is my dream. That and a device that collects items, like a reverse-dispenser.
