Many of the World's famous scientists have also commented on the Qur'an! See the link below to know what did they said about the Quran:

http://www.scienceislam.com/scientists_quran.php

The famous physicist and Nobel Prize winner, Albert Einstein, once said, Science without religion is
lame. Religion without science is blind. People have always thought that Religion and Science can never go together because there are many contradictions in the religous scriptures with modern science. But thats not the case with Islam! Islam and science have always been twin sisters. In the Islamic scripture, The Qur'an there are more than 1000 verses which speak about science and one thing is to be noted that the Quran was revealed in the 7th century which is more than 1400 years ago than the present. And in the Qur'an there are many modern scientific facts which mankind discovered recently!

If you are a non-Muslim who is watching the video than here is some information about Islam that you will find useful:

Muhammad ibn Abdullāh is regarded by Muslims as the last messenger and prophet of God (Arabic: الله‎ Allāh). The Quran is the central religious text of Islam. Muslims believe the Quran to be the book of divine guidance and direction for mankind, and consider the original Arabic text to be the final revelation of God. Muslims also believe the Quran to be the verbatim word of God. Islam holds that the Quran was revealed to Muhammad by the angel Jibrīl (Gabriel) over a period of approximately twenty-three years, beginning in 610 CE, when he was forty, and concluding in 632 CE and after the revelation of the Quran was finished Muhammad passed away.

  • @reubz11 well if the quran did have such exact information like the universe at t=0 was an imensely dense microscopic singularity..as u said then EVERYONE will believe in it no doubt..same thing why they ask why doesnt God show us himself and thats not how it should be..cus God is testing us in this life if u believe and follow the right path then u will go to heaven or if u deny the truth then to hell..this short life is a test.

  • @i6o4 ALSO FOURTH. Quran (27:88) And you will see the mountains and think them solid, but they shall pass away as the passing way of the clouds. The work of Allah, Who perfected all things, verily, He is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

  • second one is fail aswell cuz he said jooin the smoke into the earth big bang more like big bong fakery because again why mention earth a lot we are just 1 insignificant dot in the universe why not mention vy canis majoris betelgeus antares milky way

  • why then does he mention heavens and "earth" i would belive this if he said all the stars our earth were once one then it would make sense but saying the heavens and the earth could be enterprated as something else

  • I have no doubt that there were many authors from earlier days from which Islam, Christianity and Hebrew borrowed from. Only they left parts out and/or reworded them to suit their own agenda. Examples : The Book of Enoch 300 BC, The 7 tablets of Creation (Ancient Summarian's) 2000 to 3000 BC among many others. Given that the Quran is dated to approx 600 AD, there is plenty of time to borrow writings from earlier Authors. Where are all these earlier books? Conquest : the victor writes history.

  • Facts ? I'm glad that I'm NOT holding my breath waiting for "facts" !

    - The facts here are only those that exist in your mind ... and in the mis-translations of your fellow , phony scholars....

  • Um, since the universe is more than 13 billion years old and the earth is only about 4.6 billion didn't they universal "smoke" come together long long prior to the earth even began to do so? So when did Allah utter these words? More than 13 billion years ago? The Quran kinda sounds like it is saying the universe and earth formed at nearly the same time. Am I wrong?

  • @MrRichard991 I read the Qu'ran several times, knowing the original language it was written in (Classic Arabic), and the Qu'ran has some violent things in it as well. But it doesnt make the prophets of god as terrible people, as it says in one story that David made incest with his daughters. In the Qu'ran, the prophets are RESPECTABLE men. REAL men. They protected, and were the mercy to mankind..

  • @tootableable said "And you will see the mountains and think them solid, but they shall pass away as the passing way of the clouds. The work of Allah"

Allah? No, it's the work of erosion, and plate tectonics keeps building them back up. Mountains don't fade away. The Quran is wrong again.

A college class in Geology should clear this up for you.

  • 1. With enough weed, the Quran contains justification for everything. 2. I would interpert those statements as someone saying the earth exists and is connected to the sky. Ok fair enough... good insight i suppose... beyond that, your just leading the witness. According to Islam the Quran contains all scientific knowledge. Including (and i know this is taught in some Islam schools) that salt water and freshwater WILL NOT MIX. This, of course, is bullshit.

  • Prior to the Big Bang Theory, no muslim, or anyone else for that matter, actually believed that all matter was in one lump that then expanded into nebulae then galaxies, so no, no prophecy here. The verse quoted is much like many other religious myths, with "heaven & earth" being separated by god(s). But there was no actual "heaven & earth" before, during, nor til a billion+ years after the Big Bang. The quote is being retrofitted onto the theory; it is not a prediction.

  • @CrazyInvaderX Yes, the Bible has murder et al. That's what's so special about it - it's unbiased. Genocide has been argued as capital punishment - and it makes sense that the non-believers of old were killed in preparation of the world Jesus would walk on.

I haven't read the Quran, so I cannot comment on whether it's biased or unbiased.
