Terraria- How to fix Direct 3D error

IT DONT WORK STILL
ITS says No suitable graphics found.
could not find Direct3D device that supports the XNA Framework Reach Profile.
Verify that a suitble graphics device is installed.
Make sure the desktop is not locked, and that no other application is running in full screen mode.
avoid running under Remote Desktop or as a Windows service.
Check the display properties to make sure hardware acceleration is set to Full.
any answers i did what was in the vid and still nothing

@ScriptBuilder1000 Hmm, try uninstalling it, then installing it again. maybe the installer made a mistake by leaving out a .dll file. OR check for problems/soloutions on the terraria website
