Video info: Senator Bill Perkins was passing by after getting off of the buss and we stopped him to ask if he could give us his perspective and he offered a comment regarding the Saggin' Epidemic. We are thankful for his honesty in helping to curb the minds of the people and direct them to doing "Better" as he said.
