  • Can the tightness of your hip flexors be the reason that you can't go all the way down? because my right front split side back leg wont go flat or down.

    Yes, hip flexors can be the reason.

  • I can finally do a full front split... however, the last time I did it... I felt something on the inside of my leg TWANG. almost like.. a guitar string popping in my leg... it dind't hurt.. it just felt funny.. and now it's sore : (

    I hope I didn't injure myself very badly..

  • You never know. Injured muscle and overworked muscle feels slightly different.

  • Hi there could you help me please ? When I do the lunge stretch, I feel a stretch around my hip bone but also a very nasty, almost painful feeling in my crotch ( the same one as I experience while doing butterfly or frog stretch ) ; is this normal ?

  • @7xxRonnyxx5 front splits are generally easier than side splits, I suggest you start witht that

  • wat will u prefer me to do first

    1)side split or 2)front split...i am far away frm both!!
