Ive been looking for this song for like 7 years.. I heard it on the radio in the car , I always rememberd the lines 'i need you, ur almost here' and 'if i had a chance, would you let me' , i tried google but never found it, until today, i found it spontaneously

I know we're young, but I'm sick of people looking at us like what we're not feeling is real. Sure, when we get older, maybe we'll move on to bigger and better things, but...for now, you're all I need and all I want, and I'm sick of people not understanding that. They say love doesn't have an age limit then they go and judge us. I've loved you for four years. I think that speaks for itself. <3
