Isn't this 2003? You see, I'm a bit confused about what year it is because on this Internet side I've found (israel-music) it says 2003. I'd like to know, especially about Harel Skaat's part in the show. Has he contributed two years in a row? Because I've seen him in pictures with two different casts.

The blond singer on 3:25 is a the singer, who originaly sang this song with her husband (guy with blond curly hair) on Eurovision. Great performence. I like Festigal there are always the best Israel singers perform for the kids.
