League focusing on elections

Awami League is not thinking anything about the government of consensus before the election. Acting President of the Party Zillur Rahman stated this after a meeting of the party presidium held today. He said, the first agenda of Awami League at the moment is election and then it may think about anything else. Conveying Eid greetings to the people on behalf of the party, Zillur Rahman said, the Eid this year is depressing for them as many of the party leaders and workers including Sheikh Hasina are in jail. He demanded the release of Awami League leaders and the teachers and students before Eid on humanitarian ground.
