Well let;s look at some of the facts that have already been made public in the press (DrudgeReport - New York Times)that I was right about in this video:

#1 - Wait until after Michael Phelps is done swimming to announce.

#2 - Send e-mail early in the morning and then hold press conference to make the evening news cycle.
