KABUL A suicide car bomber struck near the front gate of NATO headquarters in Kabul on Saturday, killing seven people and wounding nearly 100 in an attack a few days before Afghanistan's presidential election. The vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated outside the ISAF Headquarters in Kabul around eight thirty this morning. Reports indicate that several civilians were killed and a number wounded. There were some injuries to ISAF personnel. No ISAF personnel were killed in the blast.
