Los Angeles Serial Killer, Grim Sleeper captured using controversial DNA technique

Since 1985, the man that would later be known as the Grim Sleeper started his killing spree across a section of South Los Angeles, kiling over 10 people during the same time serial killer Richard Rameriz had Los Angeles residents terrified.

On July 7, 2010, a suspect, Lonnie David Franklin Jr., 57, by the use of familial DNA analysis.
