Piper and Cole were secretly dating, then when they split up, they both still wanted to be together but knew it was to dangerous. So Cole ends up telling her he isnt giving up on them, which turns out to be the last thing he ever says to her before he dies. She wishes she could go back and change it, but the spells are not working. (The Elders are not letting her use the spell). Piper keeps remmebering all the good times they had together and she regrets not staying with him and marrying him like they had orginally planned.
Finally, Piper finds a way back to the past and spends one night with him, but when she wakes up she realises that it is the day he dies. So she races gainst the clock to find a way to get to him before he dies somehow.
Meanwhile, Cole runs into the the Source disguised as a normal human and he stabs Cole, killing him. When Piper gets there, she realises its to late and fades away back to her own time.
Her sisters, with the help of the Angel of Destiny, realise she is pregnant from the night she spent with Cole.
Then it shows her pregnant and then the baby's magical birth, a special baby.
One day, she comes down the stairs and finds Cole is back, somehow. Later she asks him if he wants to hold his child, Chris Halliwell/Turner, and then they raise their son together.

Loooooooooooooooooooooove it! Great Job! :) In the show i feel bad for Cole because he tries sooooooooooo hard to be good, but no matter how bad he tried, Phoebe didn't want him anymore :(
