Joe: Brilliant!

Selena: Thanks. Okay, but we'll have to be completely focused, no goofing around. Everything has to be planned.

Joe: Yeah, sure.

Selena: First we need to be seen out together, so other people will believe we're together too.

Joe: Where could we go that everyone from school would see us?

Selena: *Picks a flyer up off the counter* Perfect.

Joe: What's perfec- whoa *Selena pulls on his hand and leads him out the door*

Nick: Two strawberries && cream

Starbucks Guy: Do you want whipped cream on that?

Nick: Yes, please.

SG: You know, you really shouldnt because whipped cream has ALOt of dairy in it and so does the entire drink itself.

Nick: Um... and...?

SG: And do you think cows like being milked?! How would you like it?

Demi: *Rolls her eyes*

Nick: Can we just get our drinks please?

SG: I guess if you two can live with yourselves...

Demi: *Slams her hand on the counter* We Can, okay!

Nick: *Pays* thanks

Demi: *Sits at a table* Geez!

Nick: *Laughs* Wow Demi, angry much?

Demi: Sorry, its just... nevermind.

Nick: You can tell me, I'm your *air-quotes* boyfriend, remember?

Demi: I just cant believe Selena! & Joe!

Nick: Stop thinking about them then.

Demi: It's not that I'm mad at them, I'm confused && mad at me, bacause I want him back. I shouldnt want him after what he did, should I?

Nick: You're asking the wrong guy here. I want Selena back and she was with Joe. Man, why do i have to love her so much?

SG: Nich and Deeme

Demi: Uh, Nich, I think that's our drinks

Nick: *Laughs* I think you're right *emphasizes* DEMI.

SG: *holds the drinks* You still have time to change your mind...

Nick: Just give us the drinks! Come on Demi, let's leave.

Demi: *Laughs, immitating Nick in a deep voice* Angry much?

Nick: *Fake* ha ha *someone opens the door, bumps him*

Guy: Oh sorry

Nick: No proble- oh, you.

Guy: Nicholas

Nick: Joseph *Sees Selena*

In Nick's Mind:
I saw Selena standing there. Walking through the door with my brother! I got so nauseous I felt like the room was spinning. I dont know how or why I did it, but I just did. I reached back for Demi's hand, brought her close to my body and kissed her. It wasnt like any old middle school kiss either. This kiss was a full on KISS! And what scares me is, it was amazing.
*Back to Reality*

Selena: *Speachless*

Joe: *Grinds his teeth, clenches his fists, but then calms down and keeps walking; taking Selena's hand*

Nick: *Walks outside with Demi* Demi... I'm so sorry, I dont know wh-

Demi: Nick, that was... PERFECT! Did you see Joe's face?! He was so jealous.

Nick: *A little disappointed & relieved all at once* Oh yeah, awesome.

Demi: And look at him trying to get back by holding her hand. Wow, big whoop. She isnt even... *gasp*

They see Joe give Selena a slow, long kiss while in line

Nick: Did he just...

Demi: That's it. It's serious now. We need some serious planning if this is gonna work. No more starbucks, its time to put on your big-boy pants and get to work

Nick: *Holding in a laugh* Okkayy... *gets dragged away by Demi*

Joe: Whoa.

Selena: Uh- yeah... that was-

Joe: It was...

Selena: Awkward.

Joe: *Sad* Oh *THINKS: I was gonna say amazing*

Selena: It was just for show though, right?

Joe: Yeah, of course!

Selena: Good. I- I mean, nice thinking.

Joe: Uh-huh.
In Joe's Mind:
Great. We got Nick && Demi back. But why aren't I happy? Why did Selena think it was awkward, and why did I love it? I like Demi, don't I?
