  • now america is thinking like china to invest infrastructure and create more job, more people will work everything will become cheaper it will so create in competiion in reduce cost

china want america competition in reduce in cost and stop thinking in expense and luxury product also think in reduce in cost with hugh quantity

  • It was a good position but I think he has now flip flopped on that let's improve our infrastructure position - gee I wonder why ???

  • Smart guy! Too bad he's not president.

  • Hmmmm. A year ago Governor Huckabee KNEW what would happen with these stimulus packages and had better answers for the economy. Plus, THE FAIR TAX is the singlemost thing for a long-term fix for the economy.

  • heh heh im gona try to buy a computer...(sarcasm on) a lead based one very very very cheap....(sarcasm off)

  • it isn't a free giveaway program its a loan

  • My local taxes are going to get paid

I dont get blow mine on any thing

  • I agree. Many people are going to buy made in China products with there Rebate. If the government is going to spend $150 billion to stimulate the economy, spend it on something that will keep the money in America, for example, roads, sidewalks, schools, American solar panels, or a buy American ad campaign.

  • He is close, but roadwork isn't exactly right. The checks are OK; just change how we frame it. It shouldn't be a free giveaway program.

  • By calling it a rebate we increase the unhealthy sense of entitlement Americans have. Calling it payment for services may add a sense of pride. They could tell every American it buys 30 hours of community service. Or it pays for ten bags of garbage to be picked up from public land. Or it pays for 30 hours of tutoring for someone illiterate. Whatever volunteer effort each is willing to give would be better than encouraging them to sit on their butts and wait for the check.
