Nice advertisement and the tantrum is just priceless! Maybe I should do this in order to get my husband to buy me a Bissell ProHeat 2X to clean all our carpets. I will lay on the floor and pound the ground with fists and feet! XD

Another "integrated commercial" for another of sponsor General Foods' fine products (you can be sure the coffee Andy's drinking is Sanka, which was also "pitched" by him in other episodes)- and, as was the custom of these commercials directly tied into the evening's story, this delightful spot was seen at the end of "Opie and the Spoiled Child" [February 18, 1963].
