the problem here in the US is that most of the students dont know how to RESPECT teachers, and other people in the school including their classmates, and also they dont value the importance of education because maybe they thought that they can make it even without graduating college because the government is providing them almost everything from food etc. And also the big factor are the parents. Most of the parents has no time for their kids or they dont care at all.
