good thing about music back then is the public's opinion was rarely heard
until someone asked, now its shoved down everyones throat on the net like its gospel ,bullshit...they should have a way to turn dumb ass comments off it ruins the music..

I think this song is excellent, probably the best of the album along with Little Jack, Mean Old Man and a few others. I agree it's not VU and it should have been released as Doug Yule's but.. what the hell? we all know that it's not VU so we can enjoy it anyway (:

Oh man! Why did Doug Yule still kepp the name Velvet Underground? He recorded the album with the drummer of Deep Purple and recorded every instrument extra. all alone. except the drums... a fair swindel! VA has been gone dead, when Lou left!

Does anyone have lyrics for this one please?

@pandoraglory What a colossal moron. Doug Yule is a musical embarrassment, as is this album. Lou Reed is a fucking legend. Go fuck yourself. Prick.

@pandoraglory NO WAY the best songs on this album may be good, but Loaded was much better.
Comments, comments, comments. You all think your "opinion" is the way things are. Some people like licorice, some people don't. Some people like "Squeeze" some people like "White Light / White Heat". Jesus, people.......Our constitutional psychic makeup and many other things factor in in what appeals to our souls. No one is "right". It's a matter of taste, and people should respect that other people are going to relate to things that we don't. Jesus, come on.

Dough Yule isn't a musical embarrassment... He contributed to their self-titled album and Loaded. He isn't great, I'll say that much, but he's not an embarrassment. He's VU just like the rest of the members. At least he didn't ditch them like Cale did.
