fake. he'd most likley be wearing a belt, unbutton the top button, unzip, pull out junk and then have at it. if he were drunk he'd piss a lot longer than that and then at the end he doesn't put his junk away or zip up or bottom and close belt. he'd have to be seriously fucked up to neglect that. maybe this isn't fake, it's just bad acting.

OK, I have to ask you, why not? If you owned a business wouldn't you want to see detail in the security camera's playback? Let's suppose you wanted to read a license plate or identify a person's face? A high definition picture would seem to aid in those tasks.
