Three balloons of 11 segments each make up the exterior and one 18 segment balloon ties the centers together. I thinking about an alternate center but we"ll see...

  • did you create a new center for this pattern ever?

  • @yaxchilanitzy I have one other design that may be a bit easier but the central has 21 bubbles.... essentially there are 6 in the middle making an astrix and 3 to complete the hexagon (each of the other balloons contribute one) and then 12 pinch twists that gives stability for all the corners of the hexagon. I'll try to post it soon.

  • @bauldytheclown it's nice to get feedback--thanks. Post a quick vid if you have any success with this design. Probably I'll settle on a 9 bubble center instead of the one here....Maybe I'll get rid of some of my old balloons and experiment a bit more...
