A short message from the CEO of Lapels Dry Cleaning, Mr. Lawrence P. Friedman. Mr. Friedman spent some 15 years as an executive in corporate America before starting his own network of dry cleaning facilities. Beginning with a dry cleaning processing plant and retail center, he added several satellite stores and delivery routes which he serviced from his centrally located processing plant. This hub & spokes model proved to be very effective in dominating a market and creating a strong brand.
