I love Brain as a drummer, he really is something, and I would kill to have one jam session with him. But I prefer the kind of ambiant/atmospheric sound Tim can give to Primus's music. It's a totally different conception of drumming, one is based on the groove (Brian), the other one on some kind of overall texture, I think (Herb). It's hard to explain, but that's how I see things. And I find great that Primus actually experimented with different drummers.

@pcrumlish whoa whoa whoa, listen fucker, Lars isn't shit, he's a fuckin badass, and i think him and herb are evenly matched, Lars has the foot tech. and all that shit, he plays simples, but good thrash beats, that makes metallica, and Lars solo's are fucking badass
