Machu Picchu is one of the wonders of the world with its two hundred buildings and cloud covered beauty.
About twelve hundred people lived in Machu Picchu, and Peru has done an exceptional job of preserving Machu Picchu. Professional Inca architects built Machu Picchu with granite blocks and bronze tools. The Inca architects at Machu Picchu were so advanced that the thinnest of knife blades can't be forced between the stones.

yeah my friend , i was in a very expensive restaurant in aguas calientes but the Cheese looks nice but taste shitty and very matatripas. Lo siento amigo yo tampoco me como las canchitas en la calle. saludos a ese hermoso pais que tiene mejores platos que los quezos que llevaron los conquistadores. asi que no molestes a mi me gusta todo lo demas especialmente el CUY en hiervas silvestres de Cuzco. CIAO

i'm peruvian, and let me tell you, that if you eat cheese in streets or in a low budget restaurant is the risk you take, so don't make people be afraid to eat our good food, just recommend that people be carefull of where and what eats at streets!

walking it takes 3~4 hours from Aguas calientes. taking the Train starting from cuzco and the car from Aguas calientes 4+5 hours.there are other 2 hours to get to the highest point in macchupicchus peak.Sometimes it´s better to start early in the morning to avoid to be the last allowed tourist to hike that place.just limited number of tourists a day.dont forget your own WC-paper and do not eat any cheese or you will regret that mistake. Cheese in Peru is Matatripas or Intestinal Harakiri!!!
