Find Out How To Make Resolutions You Can Keep

I know if you are like most people you make New Years' Resolutions. Do you ever keep your resolutions?

Bill Bartman did a series of video on iLearningGlobal about reaching your goals.. He said Harvard did a study and found out that 70% of people miss their goals. Your subconscious mind has a lot to do with you missing your goals. When you set goals, your mind goes back to all the times you set goals in the past, analyzes the information, and that is what your subconscious believes.

If you failed to keep your goals in the past then your subconscious will make sure you fail again.

That being said, the first thing you need to do is quit calling it a goal or resolution. Bill Bartman said call it a promise. Harvard did a study and found out that people keep their promises 98% of the time.

This year try this. Use the word promises instead of goals and resolutions.

Here are some of my promises. I promise to lose weight and get healthy. I promise to teach 100 people online marketing. I promise to get organized. I promise to read at least 15 minutes a day.

When your subconscious mind looks back into your memory files and realizes you kept your promises before, your subconscious will do what it takes to help you keep this promise too.
