Nice. Exactly right. Habeas is to individual rights what voting is to democracy and representation government at the outset. I hate the fact people believe this is a good thing and will solve problems that "require" solutions. But, Americans didn't create domestic terrorism or this problem; it is the product of what most don't know and couldn't have known.
