Representative Brenda Clack, in the Michigan House of Representatives, is currently holding up House Bill 4564, Michigan's Presumption of Equal Custody Bill, that creates a presumption that both parents should be involved a substantially equal amount of time in their children's lives as long as the same school schedule can be maintained.
Michigan House Bill 4564 is the right thing for parents, children, and taxpayers. Stop the government waste on programs that can be eliminated when there are two fit parents involved in their own children's lives. It takes a family to raise a child, not a community. Urge Representative to stop hold our children and Michigan House Bill 4564 hostage.

he is not telling a lie. they need an absent parent to pick on for money and i live in Michigan too. the only fair thing is to have equal parenting time and their will be no need for support. getting a custody is no longer about loving your children more, is about protection from paying. He is right i m a woman and i am considered an absent parent and no longer a mother just a payer. i lost my child for being too poor and being a student.
