Many sites are created with standard HTML. Making even simple changes to an HTML based website can be very time consuming and therefore costly. Frame based websites, another common low-end format, are very mobile-device unfriendly. We build using PHP, a much newer and more advanced programming language which allows for many high-end features like database driven dynamic content and infinite, easy expandability.
