@Arceusthedeivengod you need the event arceus to do it. no regular arceus will activate the event.

o3o as far as I know, there's no event in the U.S. or in any other language besides Japanese to get Arceus in Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Diamond, Pearl or Platinum. The only way to get Arcues is by cheating to get the flute that opens up the area to catch the wild Arceus in Diamond and Pearl.
BUT if I'm wrong, someone correct me~! \o/
