The film was directed, shot, edited, and produced by Neal Sonnenberg (JMU School of Media Arts and Design 2007). Neal is an editor/producer for SunMountain Media located in Arlington, Virginia.

Elizabeth Holena helped with the production, and scheduled and conducted all the interviews.

Keitha Harmon and Melissa Pfau helped Elizabeth develop interview questions and cast current JMU students who appear in the film.
