I think the queen is the one that decapitated Cheshire & not Alice. According to the Japanese Wiki of the game it describes the queen as "The head hunting girl living in the caste". Im sure everyone has seen the official picture of Alice sitting down with Cheshire's head in her lap & the location appears to be the castle. I remember in American McGee's Alice Cheshire died the same way & it wouldnt surprise me if he suffered the same fate in this game. Correct me if Im wrong.
