Yes, Bush did inherit a recession. He didn't blame Clinton for it...Bush also inherited 9/11 because Clinton did nothing as the terrorists were planning for it...Bush also inherited the fact that Clinton let Osama go...It wasn't Bush that had his National Security Adviser steal and destroy documents before the 9/11 hearings.
