Yes it's Super Smash Random Melee 5. (Took me long enough)
Sorry this one took me so long to finish. But i've been preoccupied with the new Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for the Wii. Plus I started playing World of Warcraft. So don't get me started on that

@Kat62901 It's a battle setting, I can't remember I think it's under Special Melee or something like that. It's called camera mode and you use the 4 player controller to move the camera around.
