This footage is of Cathal O'Grady training a group of white collar boxers in the Docker's Club Belfast. The guys and girls featured took part in a live bout at the Europa Hotel at the end of 2009 and a documentary was made by Des Henderson which featured on BBC1.

Win or lose it was the best experience of their lives. Some secretly admitted to it being even better than their wedding day!
